Hello all!

Fall has given way to early winter as the last of the leaves fall from the trees here on Long Island!  Wood burning stove time has continued and as always, brings great peace and relaxation…. something about a roaring fire.  Ahhhhhh… nice. As is always the case, early winter here is more about rain than it is about snow. Somehow once it gets cold enough to actually cause snow to fall, all precipitation on Long Island hides away until spring.,

Pffffft.

I want the snow filled streets of my childhood, people!! I am retired and don’t have to shovel.. soooo… yes, bring it on!  Please don’t share this with any of my neighbors as they will likely form a torch-carrying mob vis-a-vis those who marched on Frankenstein’s monster and accuse me of causing a bad winter. Haha.

But really… let’s keep this between us…

Now… it is time for games. 😃🎉

LIFE ANALYSIS 🧐

I am doing better with having free time and not stressing about small things.

Incredibly, something as simple as starting each day focused on my cup of coffee and not trying to open emails, or answer texts, or read the news while drinking that one cup of coffee has had a massive transformative effect. One I honestly would be hard pressed to be live if told by another.

Life… it continues to be a mysterious thing… ☕️
