Briefest Write-Ups continue… dark days of limited rambling ahead! ⛈️🌪️

Hello all! It has been a hectic and fun summer… and well… now it’s already fall?!?! Where is my life going? Anyway, existential crises aside, I just HAVE to get a ton of new stuff onto the site… and so… September and October 2023’s write-ups will be yet another entry into the “my shortest ever” tour books. I’m starting to sound like KISS with their “FINAL WORLD TOUR… number 566… and this is the last one.. really!!” schtick.

I miss that band being on the scene. Ah, memories…

“Bundle” details?

This Upstart “bundle” isn’t actually a bundle at all – ahem. 😬 This item is “just” the Deluxe Edition of the fabulous game of Leaf!  This is one of those games that is fairly simple to learn… but still has strategic depth that gets the old gamer neurons firing off! YES, please!

I really enjoy games like this… where the basic mechanics and rules set is straightforward and elegant… but the game still has you scratching your head, thinking, “Hold on.. if I do this.. and then that.. and then this… Ohhhhhhhh… these moves are going to be amazing!” ☺️ I mean… it doesn’t always work out… hehe… but you know what I mean. 😉

I won’t wax poetic because the sun is setting and it’s time to get outside for a few minutes to enjoy the sunlight! 😁 I’ll be thinking of this one as I walk down the leaf-laden streets near my home…. 🍂
