Hello all! Having recently gotten back from BGG CON (which was absolutely fabulous as usual!!!), and having weathered and greatly enjoyed the time honored tradition of the Thanksgiving celebration (huge meal, insane kitchen logistics, and plenty of wine to smooth out the edges), and now preparing to complete Christmas decorating AND finally… getting packed for PAX Unplugged later this week… I bring you…

Lying Pirates – The Race for the Pirate Throne… the Deluxe Kickstarter Edition!!

Sound the alarm, mateys!

Ah yes… it’s time for the “Bundle” details!

This Upstart listing is “just” the Deluxe Kickstarter Edition of Lying Pirates – The Race for the Pirate Throne!

Please note that this is the Kickstarter Edition, so the Ghost Ship and Mystic Fog Kickstarter Exclusive tiles are included! And, since this is the deluxe edition this version of the game it also includes the Curse of the Dead Expansion AND all the insanely cool deluxe upgrades.

What are those upgrades, you ask? 😉

Six bamboo cups (BAMBOO… SO SWEET), metal coins (of course), linen finish (niiiiccceeee), the Map Expansion (yes, please), and both wooden and plastic ship miniatures (so you can decide which you prefer)!!!  This is an amazing deluxe reimagining of a really fun game… and of course, I HAD to carry this in the shop (and have it my own collection… me being a pirate and all). 😉

This is a REALLY solid game that will bring many smiles to the game table… and is quite approachable for friends and family who maybe aren’t as hardcore as we are about games. Of course, it will also bring quite a few pirate accents and a boatload of “Arrrrr… matey” to the table. This will be quite amusing for a while.. then get a bit overdone.. and finally after a respite it will get funny again. Arrrrr… ye’ must trust me, matey. 😂🏴‍☠️
