Super fast write ups of early Winter… ⛄️❄️
Hello all!
I returned safely from Europe and Morocco! I shared some time with my good friend Randy (Hanging out on Long Island, visiting with friends in Brooklyn, attending PAX Unplugged). Awesome as always!
I’ve gotten my Uncle’s home’s set for winter (after some oil burner repair calls and such). And now… it is time to get these new games into the shop! Sadly, you will see this sentiment (and even these exact words) on all the new games this week (DEC 15, 2024) as I’m going to copy/paste the basic write-up into each new game.

This Upstart bundle includes the 2024 first printing of Hello kitty: Day at the Park! The Kickstarter Exclusive Edition – PLUS the Hangyodon exclusive promo character! And… that’s it. The Exclusive Edition of the game.. and the Hangyodon promo character! 🎉
Now we all know that I don’t have children… and if you’ve gamed with me, you know I’m not generally a fan of simpler, younger-age games (unless your children are at the table.. then it’s game on, of course!). But, I have a warm spot in my heart for the Hello Kitty universe… and I just had to carry this in the shop. I hope you’ll understand 😊

Description
The 2024 first printing of Hello kitty: Day at the Park! The Kickstarter Exclusive Edition – PLUS the Hangyodon exclusive promo character! I mean… come on… there’s just something that feels right about a game where the whole goal is to create the most epic day ever… just sayin’. 😉
In Hello Kitty: Day at the Park, players take on the role of Hello Kitty, My Melody, Kuromi, and other characters to playfully compete for the most epic day of fun at the local park. They explore the park by laying tiles, ideally gaining items along the way that allow them to complete adventures, which they will document by taking selfies.
The game features a unique system to scale all parts of the game in difficulty for each individual player, even while the game is in progress, so kids can start with the simplest version to begin to explore the game’s mechanisms, then learn the more advanced gameplay when they feel ready.
Once all the tiles have been played, the end of the game is triggered, and the player who has gained the most points from their adventures wins!
