Super fast write ups of early Winter… ⛄️❄️
Hello all!
I returned safely from Europe and Morocco! I shared some time with my good friend Randy (Hanging out on Long Island, visiting with friends in Brooklyn, attending PAX Unplugged). Awesome as always!
I’ve gotten my Uncle’s home’s set for winter (after some oil burner repair calls and such). And now… it is time to get these new games into the shop! Sadly, you will see this sentiment (and even these exact words) on all the new games this week (DEC 15, 2024) as I’m going to copy/paste the basic write-up into each new game.

This Upstart bundle includes the 2024 re-printing of Thunder Road: Vendetta – Maximum Chrome Edition, the Carnival of Chaos Expansion, Turbo Tina’s Swag Pack, and the box extender!
(The Maximum Chrome edition includes the same content as the first campaign: Thunder Road: Vendetta base game, Big Rig and the Final Five expansion, Carnage at Devil’s Run expansion, Choppe Shoppe expansion, Extra Ammo mini-expansion, German Engineering mini-expansion, Em Berco Crew Leader, consolidated rulebook, and all unlocked stretch goals. All vehicles have a wash on them)

Thunder Road: Vendetta is a revved-up restoration of the classic 1986 game of mayhem on the asphalt. Grab your crew, roll your dice, race your cars, shoot your guns, and try not to get wrecked.
This new version features exciting new additions, including random hazard tokens, such as wrecks, oil slicks, and more. Damage isn’t merely one and done. Now, you’ll draw damage tokens with exciting effects that can send your car careening across the board. You’ll also have more choices on your turn, assigning one of your dice to your command board to repair damage, nitro boost, or send out your attack copter to fire away.
Maximum Chrome includes the base game and all three expansions: ”Big Rig & the Final 5”, ”Carnage at Devil’s Run”, and ”Choppe Shoppe”. It includes the ”Extra Ammo” mini-expansion pack. It also includes three items only available in this edition. The German Engineering mini-expansion offers a new way to play, replacing the movement and shooting dice with a hand of cards. The Em Berco crew leader mixes features from Choppe Shoppe and Carnage for a blazing good time. And you also get a consolidated rulebook that incorporates the rules for all the game content in one place with appropriate cross-references for ease of use. And it all comes stored in a custom plastic insert to hold everything in place and a foil-stamped box that looks extra swanky.
